SNC Solutions Service plans (as Below or can be customised for larger requirements) are designed to provide your Business with the peace of mind that Backups, Firmware, and Security is monitored along with the Support and reliability you require for day-to-day issues. Ensuring your systems are kept updated and managed will go a long way to ensure your preparedness if disaster strikes, whilst ensuring all steps are taken to mitigate security risks and downtime to your Business.

Business Support hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.                                                                                                                                                                                           (Security Monitoring/Reporting/Remediation is during Business hours unless SOC Services have been purchased)

Standard rate is $165 per Hour and a Day rate of $1200

Customers not on Service plans are Best effort only for response times.

For Emergency, Urgent or Afterhours work required, Premium rates may be applicable as per our Terms & Conditions.

Vulnerability Monitoring scans for Vulnerability’s in Operating Systems or Applications and may a bug or a weakness in the software that a hacker can exploit and potentially breach.

SOC – Usually pronounced “sock” is an outsourced team of Cyber Security professionals dedicated to monitoring and remediation of SentinelONE and Microsoft 365 applications 24×7. Their mission is to detect, analyse and respond to security incidents in real-time.
