SNC Solutions Service plans (as Below or can be customized for larger requirements) are designed to provide your Business with the peace of mind that Backups, Firmware, and Security is monitored along with the Support and reliability you require for day-to-day issues. Ensuring your systems are kept updated and managed will go a long way to ensure your preparedness if disaster strikes, whilst ensuring all steps are taken to mitigate security risks.

Business Support hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.                                                                                                                                                                                           (All Monitoring and Reporting is within Business hours only unless confirmed otherwise)

Standard rate is $165 per Hour and a Day rate of $1200

Customers not on Service plans are Best effort only for response times.

For Emergency, Urgent or Afterhours work required, Premium rates may be applicable as per our Terms & Conditions.
